# Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to the FAQ! Here are some of the most common questions people have about Wren.

### Why is Wren ignoring me in Discord?

Wren might be ignoring you for a few reasons:

* Make sure you are actually mentioning `@Wren` or replying directly to one of its messages.
* Sometimes Wren is set up to only listen in specific channels. Check with your server admins to see if there is a dedicated bot channel.
* If your message is super short (like just "hi"), Wren's real time knowledge system might ignore it because it filters out messages that are too short to be useful.

### How do I clear Wren's memory?

If you want Wren to forget something about you, just ask it! You can say "Wren, please forget that my favorite game is Jailbreak." Wren will use its memory tools to delete that fact.

### Who makes Wren?

Wren is powered by advanced AI and built by an awesome team of developers. It uses models via OpenRouter to think and respond, ensuring you get smart answers lightning fast.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wren.atriasafety.org/guides-and-faq/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
